SPASA Announcement

In order to attract a larger share of the consumer discretionary spend, SPASA’s successful annual Pool & Spa Expo and the Spa and Pool Show are now geared to be taken to the next level for the benefit of you, our members.

To this end, our annual Pool and Spa Shows are set to evolve. Our shows will have a greater focus for those consumers wanting a ‘one stop shop’ providing them with a total solution for their backyard.

At the heart of our show will be a Design Oasis which will bring together the creative skills of many varied industry professionals. It will provide the visitor with inspiration and a place to appreciate the value of a well-designed space, enabling an opportunity to showcase key products in a lush interactive engaging environment.

The core exhibitors – our members – will remain exactly the same, showcasing the best of what our wonderful industry has to offer.

Commencing with the 2017 Pool & Spa Expo, the SPASA Shows will be organised by International Exhibition & Conference Group (IEC), a company which has vast industry fair experience. “The company was selected from a very capable list. The success ultimately due to their key personnel, history of working with Associations, commitment to excellence and highly creative approach,” said Brendan Watkins SPASA CEO.

Marie Kinsella, CEO IEC Group was the founder and former Managing Director of Australian Exhibitions & Conferences. That company, under Marie’s direction, developed major industry events such as the MBA Building & Home Improvement Expo and the State of Design Festival on behalf of the Victorian State Government.

AEE will deliver the upcoming SPASA Spa & Pool Show, 13 & 14 August. AEE have successfully managed the SPASA Shows since 2008 – we thank Noel and Vee for their tremendous work and commitment over the years.

The transformation of the SPASA shows will commence from the February 2017 event. We look forward to the full and continued support of our consumer events.
